“Fads come and go, but Curated is a collected look that will stand the test of time.”
A Collected Look With An Eclectic Style
You know that friend who has the gorgeous chocolate brown leather jacket? She bought it in Florence 15 years ago, but every time you see it, you think it’s new. With cropped baby blue chinos, a white T-shirt and gladiator sandals, it’s a cooler version of preppy. With an ankle-grazing skirt and a hand-embroidered Moroccan scarf, it’s artsy Bohemian. Her wardrobe isn’t huge, and it certainly wasn’t bought all at once. But it doesn’t look like anyone else’s. It’s Curated.
In the same way your friend’s leather jacket looks different every time she wears it, Curated by Universal Furniture is effortlessly chic. A new approach to merchandising, Curated helps retailers create an engaging environment that inspires its customers.
“A synergy of smart business with beautiful style, Curated takes the guesswork out of an eclectic presentation with casual and inviting combinations of exclusive introductions and top performers from our existing line,” says Jeff Scheffer, president and CEO of Universal Furniture International, Inc. “Shown separately on the retail floor, Curated offers a fresh alternative to the ubiquitous lifestyle stores, catalogs and online retailers.”
Each year, Curated will introduce an array of new pieces, which will coordinate with current Universal leaders in an ever-changing, organic mix. Settings will include dining room, bedroom, home entertainment, home office, occasional and upholstery.
